The imaging equipment and facilities
at Benson Radiology uses the latest technology reflecting a commitment
to ongoing service excellence.
Benson Radiology's brief to Silk
included cost reduction, increasing radiologist productivity, improving
customer service and managing Tele-radiology imagery around the
Benson Radiology network.
Radiology images have very large
file sizes and the price of offerings by traditional network carriers
would not have delivered a cost effective solution.
After
extensive consultation, we delivered a high speed multipoint Ethernet
WAN to Benson Radiology to connect all their sites to their Head
Office with the bandwidth required, and at a price point that would
enable the solution.
The
new network is flexible and offers virtually limitless scalability
meaning that future developments in radiology (plus voice and data
applications) can be integrated when required.
Our
Ethernet protocol means that connectivity into the existing office
network is seamless, and as a result, radiology images can now
be accessed and analysed by any radiologist at any other Benson
Radiology Ethernet site.

back to Verizon Business core nodes on an aggregated trunk.
